When the third documented offense has occurred a PASO board member will attempt to reach out to the player, in an effort to assist players in good standing.  Every effort will be made to assist the player to stay in good standing.  If that is unsuccessful and there are further offenses or no response then the PASO Board will vote on how to proceed.  This decision is not made by a single person.  It is a decision brought before the board for a vote.
